The tie rod end will not be reusable but I assume you are removing to replace anyhow Because of the way the tie rod end is made for the 911 it does not have a flat base so the pullers don t work well There is a special one for the porsche tie rod that kind of wraps around the whole thing but if you just want it off use the pickle fork
2010 12 02 nbsp 0183 32 Re Outer Tie Rod Jam Nut Stuck Is the drawing below the tie rod you re trying to adjust A look should make it obvious which way to loosen or tighten the jam nut against the tie rod end once the tie rod is adjusted in or out to move the toe inwards or outwards

Edit from reading your other responses it seems you are talking about the castle nut being stuck to the joint part of the tie rod end and the ball is spinning in the socket Yes you could cut the top off if you needed to or you could put a jack under the tie rod end assuming the castle nut is facing up which would add pressure and friction between the tie rod and the steering

2021 12 25 nbsp 0183 32 On nuts which are accessible to hammers use the tie rod end removal method and strike the nut from both sides with hammers of appropriate size for the nut The slight deformation of the nut will often break loose the threads and help the penetrant creep into the contact area When an impact tool is available I use it on fasteners which seem to be too tight and too small
My inner tie rods are basically shaped like outers I was able to loosen the locking nut with a ton of penetrating oil and about 3 4 minutes of heat I can barely get the actual inner tie rod end to turn though Using heat I was able to put a pair of vise grips to it and get it to do about 1 2 turn for every 30 seconds of heat That worked for
